Interactive Assist from Quantum Rehab is an innovative app that provides a direct, real-time connection between a powerchair’s electronics and a provider’s programming station. It gives technicians full system and diagnostics information, including a live mirror of the powerchair’s electronics display, helping reduce service trips and streamline support. Interactive Assist is compatible with the Q-Logic 3 Advanced Drive Control System.

  • Resolve common fault codes remotely, including proportional input, main relay, and input device errors
  • Identify resolution steps for motor, encoder, and DMS faults to guide on-site or remote support
